     Princess Maria Anna (of Spain) was born on 18 August 1606 in , Madrid, Spain.1 She was the daughter of Philip III (of Spain) and Archduchess Margarethe (of Austria).1 Princess Maria Anna (of Spain) married Emperor Ferdinand III (of the Holy Roman Empire), son of Emperor Ferdinand II (of the Holy Roman Empire) and Princess Marie Anna (of Bavaria), on 20 February 1631 in , Wien, Austria.1 Princess Maria Anna (of Spain) died on 13 May 1646 in , Oberhosterreich, Austria, at age 39.1 She was buried in Kapuziener Kirche, , Wien, Austria.1
     Her married name was Princess of Holy Roman Empire.1
