Archduchess Hermine (of Austria) was born on 2 December 1797 in , Anhalt, Germany.1 She was the daughter of Prince Viktor II Karl Friedrich (of Anhalt) and Princess Amalie Charlotte Wilhelmine (of Nassau).1 Archduchess Hermine (of Austria) married Archduke Josef Anton Johann Baptiste (of Austria), son of Emperor Leopold II (of the Holy Roman Empire) and Princess Maria Luisa (of Spain), on 30 August 1815 in , Anhalt, Germany.1 Archduchess Hermine (of Austria) died on 14 September 1817 in , Pest, Hungary, at age 19.1
