     Princess Eleonore Erdmuthe Louisa (of Saxe-Marksuhl) was born on 13 April 1662 in , Rheinland, Prussia.1 She was the daughter of Duke Johann Georg I (of Saxe-Marksuhl) and Countess Johannette (of Sayn-Wittgenstein).1 Princess Eleonore Erdmuthe Louisa (of Saxe-Marksuhl) married Margrave Johann Friedrich (of Brandenburg-Ansbach), son of Margrave Albrecht (of Brandenburg-Ansbach) and Countess Sofie Margarethe (of Öttingen), on 14 November 1681 in Eisenach, , Thuringia.1 Princess Eleonore Erdmuthe Louisa (of Saxe-Marksuhl) died on 9 September 1696 in , Sachsen, Prussia, at age 34.1 She was buried in Freiburg, , Saxony.1
     Her married name was Princess of Brandenburg-Ansbach.1
