     Princess Izabel (of Portugal) was born on 4 October 1503 in , Lisboa, Portugal.1 She was the daughter of King Manuel I 'The Great' (of Portugal And The Algarves) and Queen Maria (of Portugal).1 Princess Izabel (of Portugal) married Charles V (of Spain), son of King Philip I 'The Handsome' (of Spain) and Princess Juana (of Arag’On), in 1526 at Palacio Del Alcazar, , Sevilla, Spain.1 Princess Izabel (of Portugal) died on 1 May 1539 in , Toledo, Spain, at age 35.1 She was buried in , Granada, Spain.1
     Her married name was Princess of Spain.1
