     Lady Anne Churchill was born on 28 February 1682 in Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.1 She was the daughter of John Churchill and Sarah Jennings.1 Lady Anne Churchill married Earl Charles Spencer of Sunderland, son of Earl Robert Spencer of Sunderland and Lady Anne Digby, on 2 January 1699/0 in St. Alban's, Hertfordshire, England.1 Lady Anne Churchill died on 15 April 1716 at age 34.1 She was buried on 24 April 1716 in Brington, Northamptonshire, England.1
     Her married name was Mrs. (Churchill) Spencer.2
