     Lady Anne Digby was born in 1646 in Bristol, Gloucestershire, England.1 She married Earl Robert Spencer of Sunderland, son of Henry Spencer and Dorothy Sydney, on 10 June 1665 at St. Vedast's, London, Middlesex, England.1 Lady Anne Digby died on 16 April 1715.1 She was buried on 26 April 1715 in Brington, Northamptonshire, England.1
     Her married name was Mrs. (Digby) Spencer.1
